1xb Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Wagering Guidelines

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry defined meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 1xb.plus website and all services operating under it, including the mobile app for iOS and Android.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 1xb platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credit balance in a member's account, including real money and bonus funds subject to rollover requirements.
• "Wagering" refers to any activity involving the placement of money on games or sporting events through the 1xb platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, or rewards granted by 1xb to members in accordance with the stipulated promotional terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the member and the 1xb platform. By using the platform, members agree to comply with all terms stated herein and any amendments made from time to time.

To register and use the 1xb platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old or reach the legal age for wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Register using true, accurate, and complete personal information. Registration using a false name or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• Register one account only. Holding multiple accounts violates our terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Members must submit a valid proof of identity such as a MyKad or passport, and proof of current address if requested. KYC is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

1xb supports a variety of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including direct bank transfers to all major banks (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, AmBank), e-wallets, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's finance page and may vary depending on the payment method.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.
• 1xb does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose separate charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals to local Malaysian banks are processed within 5 to 15 minutes upon approval.
• All withdrawals must use the same payment method as the original deposit for anti-money laundering compliance.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
• 1xb reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if unusual account activity is detected. Members will be proactively notified if this occurs.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1xb are subject to rollover conditions and wagering requirements specified for each offer. Members are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Rollover Requirements: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered according to the specified rollover multiplier (e.g. 10x, 15x) before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Betting Limit: When playing with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit per wager may apply. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward the rollover calculation.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not stack more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.

The following rules apply to all forms of wagering on the 1xb platform, including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and all other game categories:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed. No disputes will be accepted on the basis of dissatisfaction with a valid result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active bet, 1xb reserves the right to void the bet and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed using funds from illegitimate sources or obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided.
• For Sports Betting, any bets placed on events that were inadvertently started or concluded due to a system error will be voided and funds returned.
• Sports betting odds may change up until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.

All casino games at 1xb use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated by the respective game provider.

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. 1xb shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.

• Do not share your password or OTP code with anyone, including individuals claiming to be 1xb staff. 1xb staff will never ask for a member's password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security — available free of charge in your account settings.
• Notify 1xb customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Use a secure internet connection. Avoid logging in to your 1xb account over public Wi-Fi without VPN protection.

The collection, use, and storage of members' personal data is governed by Privacy Policy separate 1xb. That Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and is to be read in conjunction with it.

1xb reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any term within this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse has been detected.
• The member registered or operated multiple accounts on the platform.
• The member provided false information during the KYC or registration process.
• Suspicious wagering activity that violates the integrity of the platform has been detected.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting 1xb customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the account (subject to no terms violations) will be processed for withdrawal once a standard security review is completed.

1xb shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses incurred from wagering decisions made by the member themselves.
• Internet connection or device issues affecting the member's gaming experience.
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the member during registration or KYC.

1xb's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit. All disputes must first be resolved through 1xb's customer support channels before any further action is taken.

1xb takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to helping members play within healthy limits. Our platform provides a range of self-exclusion tools accessible directly in your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposit amount.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a defined time period.
• Play Time Limit: Set a daily limit on your session playtime.
• Self-Break: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that wagering is negatively affecting your life.
